First Year Seminar - FYS101 - Post-Survey - Fall 2011

Attention all First Year Seminar students.
Purpose/Instructions: The FYS Post-survey is a way for the faculty to gauge the level of knowledge gained regarding the topics that have been discussed in this course. Your responses will allow the faculty to better help the class members with transitioning into college life. Please take approximately 5 minutes to complete the survey. Do your best to answer as accurately as you can based on the range of answers (1= Strongly disagree to 5= Strongly agree).
Completing the survey is voluntary and confidential. You may answer all, some or none of the questions. No individual answers will be shared with the faculty or administration. The information presented will be aggregated into percentages.
